In August of 2005, A.W. Hastings & Co. joined forces with Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity to build a new home for a family in need. The endeavor was dubbed the HOPE Project: Hastings, Ownership, People, & Empowerment.
A lot was selected at 272 Carew Street in Springfield, MA and construction took place over the next year and a half, with the help of dozens of volunteers. We were proud to dedicate the home just in time for Christmas 2006.
While construction on A.W. Hastings’ Habitat house is now complete, the job of raising funds to cover the cost of building is not. You can help us reach our goal...
